Simply Education are recruiting for a Full-Time English Teacher to join a supportive and well-established secondary school in Wigan. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity starting after Easter, continuing through to the end of the academic year.
This role is ideal for a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher looking to make a real impact across Key Stages 3 and 4 within a strong department.
The Role:
Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons
Teach across KS3 and KS4
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain a positive, engaging, and productive classroom environment
Support students to achieve their full potential in English
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply
