The Role: Teach English Language and English Literature across KS3 and KS4 Deliver lessons following established curriculum and planning frameworks Take on full teaching responsibilities including planning, marking, and assessment Support pupils of varying abilities and contribute to raising attainment Attend department meetings and collaborate on resources and assessments Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
