The school are ideally looking for someone with Steplab or instructional coaching experience who can deliver CPD and ensure high quality teaching in their department.

English Teacher & Instructional Coach Inspiring and motivating the younger generation Working alongside a team of fantastic Teachers TLR Opportunities September 2026 - Full Time & Permanent MPS3-UPS3 + TLR (Size depending on experience) Located in the Borough of HounslowPERSON SPECIFICATION
Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining Strong academics across the board - Degree, A Levels and GCSEs Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level You must be able to work as part of a large team of Teachers Must be willing to listen to feedbackSCHOOL DETAILS
