This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in English education, looking to impact students' learning positively. QTS status is desirable but not essential. Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences for GCSE English. Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, attainment, and behaviour of students. Provide appropriate feedback on oral and written work. Facilitate learning through a variety of methods, catering to multiple intelligences and ensuring student engagement.
