Key Responsibilities
* Deliver targeted support to pupils with EAL needs, ensuring inclusive access to the curriculum
* Adapt resources and lesson content to meet diverse language and learning requirements
* Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to track progress and celebrate achievements
* Promote confidence, communication, and integration for pupils from multilingual backgrounds
* Uphold safeguarding and compliance standards at every stage of pupil support
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience supporting EAL learners in a school or nursery setting
* Strong communication skills with cultural awareness and empathy
* Ability to differentiate learning and provide one‑to‑one or small‑group support
* A proactive, reliable, and people‑first approach to education
* Enhanced DBS and references (APT Education will support with compliance)
