The Role - English Lead Teacher Qualiteach are looking for an experienced English Lead Teacher to join one of our SEN schools based in Hillingdon on a full-time, long-term basis. As an English Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for leading the English department, planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to students with ASD and complex needs, and supporting staff within the department. You will play a key role in developing the curriculum, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the subject.

The ideal English Lead Teacher will hold QTS, have experience within an SEN setting, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. You will also need an enhanced DBS on the update service and a proven track record of raising attainment.
