Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our prestigious client based in the Trowbridge area who urgently require an Engineering Workshop Manager on a permanent basis. What you will be doing: In this varied, hands-on role you will manage the engineering team to ensure machinery and equipment is fully functional, efficient and compliant, duties will include : Key Responsibilities : Supervision of a small team Overseeing and scheduling planned, reactive and preventative maintenance Efficient stock management Identifying operational issues and finding practical solutions What you will need to succeed: Previous mechanical and electrical engineering experience with a hydraulic and pneumatic bias Strong supervisory skills and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels Good level of IT skills including maintenance and stock management systems The ability to prioritise with excellent attention to detail What you will receive in return: Competitive salary Monday to Friday full - time * 100% site based * Generous holiday entitlement and health cover The chance to make a real difference in this key role Immediate start available What you need to do next:<...
