R&D Partners is seeking an Engineering Validation Specialist to join our team in The UK. In this role, you will provide essential support for validation processes related to equipment, facilities, and computerized systems. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while collaborating with various departments to maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee validation activities.
- Review and approve validation protocols, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to align validation plans
- Act as a subject matter expert during inspections and audits, providing necessary documentation and responses.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are qualified and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
- Address and resolve issues related to compliance, change controls, and deviations.
- Maintain inspection readiness and ensure all tasks comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality systems.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience within pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing
- Experience carrying out equipment validation and CSV
- Right to work within the UK
