Are you able to use your industry skills and experience to help the upcoming generation of maintenance engineers succeed?\n\nA Training Centre in Liverpool are looking for an experienced maintenance engineer (electrical/ mechatronics/ electro-mechanical bias) to join them in order to assess the progress of apprentices throughout their apprenticeships to help them gather the correct skills and knowledge to be prepared to enter the industry.\n\nWhat does the role involve?\n\nTo mentor coach and assess apprentices to ensure timely achievement\n• To monitor and record student progression throughout the programme and beyond\n• Develop and implement teaching and learning strategies which ensure students are\nsuccessful at EPA\n• To assess and support Multiskilled / Electrical Engineering at L2 / L3 in practical based elements of the learning environment.\n• Conduct performance and occupational behavioural reviews\n• To promote student centred learning\n• Support with IAG and track progression\n• To embed stretch and challenge so all students reach their full potential\n\nWhat is required?\n\nHave a minimum level 3 qualification in a relevant Multiskilled / Electrical engineering\nmaintenance/manufacturing discipline.\n• have an Assessor award A1, or equivalent (desirable)\n• I.V qualification (desirable)\n\nInterested in helping the next generation, whilst improving your work/ life balance with structured hours and no more night shifts?
