The Role as the ESTL: Day to day lead and point of contact for all maintenance issues on behalf of the Engineering Manager Hands-on approach to ensure maximum efficiency during shift. Self- motivated and a good team player Ability to work under pressure and ability to make quick and accurate decisions Be flexible in approach to shift cover and over busy trading periods.
