4 on 4 off 6pm - 6am

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll play a key part in keeping production running efficiently, safely and to the highest standards. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, youll lead a team of Engineers, ensuring effective planned maintenance, rapid response to breakdowns and continuous improvement across engineering processes. Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of Engineers, ensuring effective line support to meet production and customer service targets Plan, schedule and control labour, materials and spares within agreed budgets Drive effective planned maintenance, fault diagnosis and first-time fixes Ensure smooth operation of plant and equipment, minimising downtime Communicate clearly across shifts to ensure continuity and performance Motivate, coach and develop your team, managing performance and conduct where required The Ideal Candidate

Minimum HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Time-served Electrical Engineer background At least 5 years experience in an FMCG environment Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills We also want you to thrive in an engaging and inclusive work culture where you will have the opportunity to take on personal accountability and take pride in your work.
