TheRole Day to day lead and point of contact for all maintenance issues on behalf of the Engineering Manager Hands-on approach to ensure maximum efficiency during shift. Technical leadership, advice and support for all engineering levels on site.
TheCandidate Essential: Industry recognised engineering qualification Experience within electrical or multiskilled electrical bias Proven track record of achieving improvements Strong influencing skills Be able to fault find in both electrical and mechanical Ability to diagnose circuit drawings Ability to drive continuous improvement performance whilst leading others Excellent communication skills; ability to liaise with varying stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external. Self- motivated and a good team player Ability to work under pressure and ability to make quick and accurate decisions Be flexible in approach to shift cover and over busy trading periods. Desirable: Previous experience of supervising / managing a team in a FMCG environment Knowledge of CMMS Effluent treatment plants Legal Compliance
