We are proud to partner with a well established FMCG manufacturing business based in Bristol, who are looking for a talented Engineering Team Leader to join their engineering team.

Reporting directly to the Site Engineering Manager, you will be tasked with coordinating engineering teams, collaborating with the wider operations teams while still performing day to day engineering duties such as maintenance & repair, installation tasks and process improvements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment and experience supervising a team previously.

This role will suit candidates that have an ambition to grow & develop existing skills and knowledge, who hold a relevant Engineering qualification (C&G level 3 / NVQ level 3 / HNC / HND or similar.)
