Jelly Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading FMCG manufacturer for a Engineering Team Leader to join their production facility in High Peak.

This is an opportunity for a level 3 qualified Engineering Team Leader or Maintenance Engineer ready to take the next step, to get into the buoyant FMCG sector. It's all about hiring on attitude & aptitude NOT unrealistic experience levels.

As a Engineering Team Leader your key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a hands-on lead engineer within the team.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and GMP compliance.
• Carry out proactive and reactive maintenance support across all production areas.
• Highlight areas for performance improvement and reliability across the site.
• Responsible for maintaining critical spares levels and ordering for shift.
• Support training within other teams such as production.
• Coach and train junior team members and also highlight areas of development.

What You'll Bring:

• Electrically trained to level 3 as a minimum.
• Some supervisory experience is essential.
• Manufacturing experience - FMCG / Food is advantageous.
• Pro-active mind set with a desire to drive improvements is a must.
