You'll be joining a well-established, international leader in the ventilation industry, recognised for pushing boundaries and consistently delivering award-winning systems.

In this role you will receive tailored training designed to help you succeed as you lead a team of four engineers and manage the full product lifecycle. You'll drive operational excellence while working alongside skilled specialists, creating innovative home ventilation solutions and building something truly impactful for both the business and your career.

This position offers the platform to further establish yourself as a leader while contributing to meaningful goals around sustainability and ISO standards. You will play a key role in developing high-performance, energy-efficient ventilation systems that set the benchmark within the industry.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Engineering (or equivalent), have strong experience using SolidWorks, and demonstrate clear leadership experience. A background in Manufacturing Engineering, Electromechanical Systems, HVAC, Product Design & Development, or energy-efficient systems would be highly advantageous.

The Role:

Unique opportunity to leverage your experience to help develop best-in-class ventilation systems while leading initiatives across Research & Development, Design, and Production teams.
Collaborate with product management to translate customer needs into practical engineering solutions and manage relationships with external suppliers.
All training will be delivered on-site at the High Wycombe office.The Person:

Degree in Engineering and experience with SolidWorks.
Full product design lifecycle experience with proven ownership of product
development and product design management.
Evidence of directly managing engineers and experience working within an R&D environment.
