In this leadership role, youll oversee planned preventative maintenance, manage engineering breakdowns, and ensure our production lines and site services run at peak efficiency in a 24/7 environment. Youll be key to minimising downtime, improving asset performance, and driving continuous improvement all while keeping safety and compliance at the forefront. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of multi-skilled maintenance engineers.
Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond effectively to unplanned breakdowns.
