For the successful Engineering Supervisor, our client is offering:
Salary of £56,000 p/a Hours of work: 4 on 4 off 05:45am to 18:00pm & 17:45pm to 06:00am, however, flexibility will be required to the needs of the business. Lead and develop a team of shift engineers through performance management, mentoring, and appraisals Deliver proactive, planned preventative maintenance to ensure equipment meets capacity and efficiency targets Provide hands-on support with reactive maintenance when required, minimising machine downtime Ensure a safe environment for all staff and visitors to the manufacturing facility Drive continuous improvement and implement energy optimisation initiatives Manage contractors on-site and ensure effective project delivery Support the introduction and commissioning of new equipment as part of innovation and expansion pla...
