Engineering Supervisor (Electrical Bias) Location: City of London Salary: £55,000 Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm + overtime We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Engineering Supervisor with a strong Electrical Bias to lead our on-site maintenance team. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure the continuous, compliant operation of complex building systems. Roles and Responsibilities: As Engineering Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, technical oversight, and performance of our multi-skilled engineering team. You'll ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance services, strict adherence to all regulations, and seamless operational support. Your responsibilities will include: Directly supervise, motivate, and develop a team of multi-skilled engineers. You'll plan, schedule, and allocate daily tasks, PPMs, and reactive work orders, ensuring efficient resource use and timely completion. You'll also manage team rosters and foster a culture of continuous professional development and safety.

Provide expert hands-on electrical fault-finding, diagnostics, and rectification for complex building systems. This includes power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, control panels, motors...
