Engineering Supervisor Location: South East London Salary: £50,000 per annum Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am5pm (occasional flexibility required) We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a small team of engineers at a prestigious commercial site in South East London . This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operations in a well-maintained, client-facing environment. The Role As Engineering Supervisor, you will manage a team of four engineers , ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance across the site is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You'll be hands-on, technically capable, and confident overseeing building services systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of 4 multi-skilled engineers
Oversee planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across the site
Provide hands-on support with electrical/mechanical systems as needed
Ensure compliance with all statutory and company health & safety policies
