The Role The Operations teams are currently recruiting Weekend Engineering Supervisor to join the Jupiter Road site, in Norwich. The role will predominantly be based on Saturday and Sunday nights (6pm -6am) plus two 8hr shifts during the week. There is an expectation of reasonable hours of overtime to be worked in line with business needs. Previous experience working within a factory/operations environment or working shifts will be an advantage. Full on the job training will be provided to develop the necessary skills for this specialised role. Main Tasks: Supervision and management of all engineering functions over the weekend period.
