Engineering Supervisor Waterloo\n\nLocation: Waterloo\nHours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:30\nSalary: £60,000\n\nThe Role\n\nWe’re looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering operations across a portfolio of high-end residential buildings.\n\nReporting to the Residential Building Manager, you’ll oversee on-site engineers and specialist contractors, ensuring all M&E systems and life-safety infrastructure are safe, compliant, and operating at peak performance. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a premium experience while minimising disruption.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Oversee all M&E systems (HVAC, lighting, life safety, water, access control).\n\n * Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance in line with SLAs and SFG20 standards.\n\n * Ensure full statutory compliance (fire, water hygiene, electrical, lifts, etc.).\n\n * Manage hard services contractors and monitor performance against KPIs.\n\n * Lead and develop the on-site engineering team.\n\n * Maintain accurate records, certification, and compliance documentation.\n\n * Support capital projects, lifecycle planning, and asset improvements.\n\n * Monitor energy usage and identify efficiency improvements.\n\n * Work closely with front-of-house and estate teams to minimise impact.\n\n * Participate in on-call rota and provide support during emergencies.\n\nAbout You\n\n * Level 3 Electrical qualification or a Degree in Electrical/Building Services Engineering (essential).\n\n * Experience in a similar role (residential or mixed-use ).\n\n * Strong knowledge of compliance standards (L8, EICR, SFG20, LOLER, PUWER).\n\n * Proven experience managing teams and contractors.\n\n * Familiar with CAFM systems\n\n * Proactive, organised\n\nBenefits\n\n * Annual Bonus\n\n * Excellent pension up to 17.5%\n\n * Private Healthcare\n\n * Annual pay reviews\n\nGym/Dental
