Engineering Supervisor / Hard Services Supervisor Facilities Management Location: Dartford Salary: £55,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits We are currently recruiting for a Junior Contracts Manager to join a growing Facilities Management provider managing a portfolio of commercial properties across Dartford and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background in building services or engineering who has progressed into supervision or team leadership and is now looking to step into contract management within FM . This role offers a clear pathway to Contracts Manager within 1224 months as the business continues to expand. The Role You will support the delivery and management of hard services FM contracts , ensuring maintenance is delivered to a high standard while maintaining strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the management of hard services maintenance contracts across multiple commercial sites
Assisting with the delivery of PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance programmes
Supervising engineering teams and specialist subcontractors
