Job description: Job Title: Engineering Stores Coordinator Location: Bolton Contract: 18 Months FTC (3 days per week) Salary: £17,160 Are you an organised and methodical Stores Administrator or Stores Coordinator at the top of your game!
We have an opportunity for an Engineering Stores Coordinator to support our Engineering team in Bolton. You'll be comfortable working in Excel and Microsoft Office, keeping a track of spare parts and ordering new parts to ensure our Engineers have what they knead to keep our crumpet plants running. The Recipe Youll be the first point of contact for our internal customers regarding purchasing and engineering stores. This is a pivotal role within our engineering department ensuring spare parts are ordered in a timely manner, recorded using Excel and stored in the correct place. Youll liaise directly with suppliers and regularly communicate with our engineering team to keep them updated on required parts. As an organised and methodical stores administrator, youll update the repairs and maintenance budget, record timesheets using Excel and ensure all general administrative duties are completed.
