About You - Skills & Experience Minimum of an electrical-based apprenticeship qualification essential Experience of high-speed machinery in FMCG or a similar production environment essential Strong electrical fault-finding skills essential Experience working with automated machinery essential Previous supervisory or people management experience essential Self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing priorities Strong communication skills and ability to foster good working relationships Flexible approach to shifts and deadlines, delivering a high standard of work
