Job Title: Engineering Scheduler Location: Corby, Northamptonshire (On-site) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Salary: £26,000 per annum (subject to experience) Start Date: ASAP We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Engineering Scheduler to coordinate daily jobs for a busy team of mobile engineers. Based in Corby, this is a full-time, office-based role ideal for someone local with prior experience in a corporate, fast-paced scheduling environment. Key Responsibilities of this Engineering Scheduler position: Schedule and manage daily tasks for a team of 20 mobile engineers (e.g., plumbers, technicians)
Use job scheduling software and internal systems to coordinate tools, stock, and logistics
Liaise with clients via phone and email to confirm appointments and updates
Ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard
Maintain accurate records using Salesforce, BigChange, JobWatch, and internal stock systems
Track job progress and resolve scheduling conflicts
Support key account management, ensuring end-to-end follow-through of jobs
Adapt quickly to changes and reallocate resources as needed
