Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic to join our dynamic engineering team for the 2026-2027 Engineering Rotation Program. This 12-month program provides an excellent opportunity for students to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world projects while gaining hands-on experience in their field of study. The will work alongside experienced engineering and manufacturing associates and contribute to a variety of tasks, projects, and initiatives across different engineering disciplines: Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Quality.
Essential Job Functions: The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform the following:
•Assist engineers in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.
•Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the team.
•Analyze data and perform calculations to support project development.
•Conduct research on new technologies, tools, or engineering trends.
•Assist with creating technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
•Support the engineering team with quality control and process improvement tasks.
•Participate in prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting.
•Attend team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
•Help ensure project deadlines and milestones are met.
•Effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels.
•Perform all other duties as assigned.
Recommended Education and/or Qualifications
•Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Industrial, etc.). at an accredited institution.
•Ability to dedicate a minimum of 8 hours per week or an average of 40 hours per month.
•Good understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
•Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, Creo, Python) is a plus.
•Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
•Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
•Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
•Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
