We are currently looking for an Engineering Resource Planner to join the team a t our Norfolk office in Norwich. As the Engineering Resource Planner , youll be at the heart of our works programmeensuring the optimal utilisation of internal and external resources.Youll work closely with contractors and operational teams to support the delivery of key workstreams, including schemes funded through additional annual allocations. This is a high-impact role where your planning expertise will directly contribute to the successful execution of infrastructure projects across the county. Main responsibilities: Within the role of Engineering Resource Planner, you will liaise with Agents and Supervisors to identify and effectively manage allocation of operational resources to ensure safe and successful delivery of the schemes works program, routine works and bridges. Reporting to the Contracts Manager (LMO/ Routine) and liaising closely with NCC personnel, this role supports in all aspects of scheme identification, development and planning to ensure the budget is effectively delivered.
