What You'll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring candidates receive a first-class service
• Advise clients confidently at director level, offering recruitment solutions that truly add value
• Source, attract, and assess candidates using proven headhunting techniques
• Work closely with management to understand current vacancies
• Build talent pipelines for current and future requirements
• Use effective questioning to match candidates to roles
• Maintain high attention to detail while keeping records up to date

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally Previous Engineering recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Must have a degree 2;2 or higher
• Highly organised, calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
• Confident, driven, energetic, and focused
• Skilled at headhunting using proven techniques
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Skilled in MS Office and, ideally, applicant tracking systems
• High-performing, resilient, and motivated to learn
