Engineering Project Manager

Salary - Up to £80,000 + 10% bonus

Location - London (with occasional travel), Hybrid Working 2x a Week.

Our client, a well-established FMCG manufacturer, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to take full ownership of capital projects, delivering them from initial concept through to operational handover while driving efficiency and innovation across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Take full lifecycle ownership of engineering projects, ensuring smooth delivery from feasibility through to final implementation Develop clear project frameworks, including scope definition, cost control, scheduling, and risk mitigation Lead the rollout of new production equipment, factory upgrades, and automated solutions within operational sites Champion process improvements by identifying opportunities to increase output, streamline workflows, and enhance performance Oversee third-party contractors and suppliers on-site, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and delivery expectations Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with operational needs and business priorities Contribute to capital investment planning and review project outcomes to support continuous improvementKey Requirements
