Engineering Project Manager We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of bespoke machine projects from concept to installation. This role suits a driven individual with a background in mechanical engineering and commercial project management. You'll work closely with engineering, production, and external stakeholders, combining strong coordination skills with a practical, on-the-ground approach. You will be ultimately starting the division from scratch, building from the ground up with a view to grow the team in the future. Key Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle of machine build projects from handover to installation
Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams, providing updates and reports
Support production with a hands-on approach during machine build phases
Maintain and manage all project documentation and compliance certifications (CE, UL, UKCA)
Coordinate risk assessments in collaboration with QHSE
Ensure accurate record-keeping within ERP systems (e.g., Epicor)
Track and manage risks, resources, and project outputs
Develop SOPs and support continuous process improvements
