They are looking to appoint a talented Engineering Manager to support the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking team working at the cutting edge of sectors such as transport, defence, real estate, and highways.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning complex ideas into practical, buildable solutions. The successful candidate will take ownership of design delivery across multidisciplinary projects, driving quality, efficiency, and compliance from early concept through to completion. Working closely with clients and project teams, they will play a key role in ensuring designs are both innovative and deliverable.

The position involves leading and coordinating external consultants and engineering teams, managing design programmes, and ensuring outputs meet both technical and commercial expectations. Strong collaboration is essential, as the role requires regular engagement with clients, contractors, and wider project stakeholders to resolve challenges, manage change, and keep projects on track.

Candidates should have around 5 years' experience managing design across the full project lifecycle, ideally within infrastructure or complex building environments. A solid understanding of construction methods, integrated design processes, and consultant management is essential. Experience in sectors such as defence or fit-out projects would be advantageous.

A qualification in an engineering discipline such as Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is expected, alongside experience using CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Revit. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead and motivate teams are key to success in this role.
