Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £70,000 to £90,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a busy and growing refrigeration company that has a national presence.
This company deals with the installation, service, breakdown of industrial refrigeration, commercial refrigeration and air conditioning.
This is a new position within the company due to company growth. They are looking for someone to manage everything within the engineering department, this includes pre order proposals, client audits, research and development of refrigeration plant, design and estimating, new business etc.
The right person for this position will have a strong understanding of industrial and commercial refrigeration at management level. They need to be proactive in helping grow an existing business and be passionate about dealing with every area of the business.
Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of industrial and commercial refrigeration Has dealt with all areas of a business from sales, estimating, audits, client management etc Based in a commutable location to Bishops Stortford Full UK Driving licence Happy to travel the country to support new and existing clients Passionate about learning about new products and selling them to the clients Experience in dealing with design Able to deal...
