Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and optimise the engineering function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, delivering preventative maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Engineering team to achieve operational targets.
Oversee breakdown maintenance and implement robust PPM schedules.
Manage CAPEX projects and equipment improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and product safety standards.
Drive root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
Optimise equipment performance and ensure KPI achievement.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience managing an Engineering department in a manufacturing setting.
Engineering qualifications (BTEC ONC, HNC, HND in Electrical Engineering).
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, GMP principles.
CMMS experience and project management expertise.
