Magnet Recruit is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead an engineering department that is going through a period of change. Part of a larger, multi- conglomerate, you will be instrumental in bringing this business to the 21st century.

About you?

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (Maintenance Management or Engineering Management) within a busy FMCG environment (2+ years ideally)

- Previous experience of leading on site-based projects
