Your Profile TalentMapper is seeking an experienced and visionary lead for our engineering function. This role requires a balance of leadership, deep technical expertise, and a passion for building both great products and a great engineering culture.
Remove barriers focus on efficiency and performance by eradicating bias and exclusive processes
Lead and Manage Engineering: Take full ownership of our development team, ensuring they are effective, accountable, and aligned with our product roadmap.
Build the Future Team: Be responsible for defining our future in-house engineering culture and leading the recruitment of new technical team members as we grow.
Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or previous Head of Engineering / Technology) with a background in hands-on development.
Proven experience leading technical projects and managing developers (in-house or outsourced).
Well-versed in Python, Django and Databases that includes PostgreSQL, Mongo, Neo4j.
Experience designing and building scalable systems, ideally with microservice architectures.
A passion for leading teams and helping other engineers grow.
Pragmatism:An understanding of the trade-offs required in a startup environment, balancing speed with quality.
