Job Purpose The role is responsible for leading and supporting the engineering team to deliver effective proactive and preventative maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability, efficiency, and compliance with food safety and quality standards. Working closely with operations and management, the role helps resolve equipment issues, supports continuous improvement, and ensures all engineering activities meet BRC, customer, and Health & Safety requirements.
