Job Title: Engagement & Activity Practitioner Salary:  £26,854 per annum + £750 Homeworking Allowance per annum Hours & Contract: 35 Hours per week - Permanent Role Location: Homebased, preferably in the Cardiff area, with regular travel required to support children and young people in foster families in the South East Wales area, extending from Cardiff to Monmouthshire. Travel also requires the postholder to attend staff meetings and team away days.
