Sustainability & Energy Consultant

Are you a passionate Sustainability Consultant looking for a exciting opportunity to work on meaningful, future-focused projects?

We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our client's sustainability team, with the ability to attend their Cardiff office one day per week. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, providing expert guidance to ensure compliance with energy performance standards and drive low-carbon design.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out SAP Calculations and SBEM Assessments to support Building Regulation compliance
Contribute to sustainability strategies for new developments
Collaborate with architects and design teams to deliver energy-efficient solutions
Generate accurate, high-quality reports and assessmentsWhat We're Looking For:

Demonstrated experience in SAP Calculations and SBEM
A good understanding of UK Building Regulations
Based within a commutable distance to Cardiff
Strong communication and reporting skills

Desirable (but not essential):
Experience with Energy Statements
Proficiency in IES VE or other dynamic simulation tools
BREEAM knowledge or similar accreditations
