Energy Sales Executive\n\nAbout the Role\n\nA leading organisation within the UK energy sector is seeking an Energy Sales Executive to support the growth of its B2B customer base.\n\nThis role will focus on outbound sales activity, engaging directly with business decision-makers to promote energy solutions and secure new contracts. You will play a key role in driving revenue, building client relationships, and contributing to the organisation’s commercial success within a competitive market.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B customers.\n\n * Identify and engage key decision-makers across a range of industries.\n\n * Present energy products and services in a clear and compelling manner.\n\n * Generate and qualify leads, managing the sales pipeline effectively.\n\n * Convert opportunities into new business contracts.\n\n * Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.\n\n * Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.\n\n * Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities within CRM systems.\n\n * Stay up to date with market trends and energy sector developments.\n\nAbout You\n\nYou are a driven and resilient sales professional who is confident picking up the phone and engaging with senior decision-makers. You thrive in a target-driven environment and are motivated by achieving results and earning commission.\n\nYou have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
