Due to promotion, we have a rare opportunity for a Site Energy Manager based at a large manufacturing site in North Birmingham. Great salary, benefits and prospects. Monday to Friday 8.00 - 4.30. This site is part of a global recycling / packaging manufacturinggroup.The Energy Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient provision of power and steam to support the continuous operation of the plantand associated utilities. This role plays a critical part in leading the sites energy strategy, ensuring all health, safety, environmental, and legal compliance standards are rigorously upheld.
With a proactive and strategic mindset, the Energy Manager will lead and develop the Energy Team, ensuring strong cross-functional communication with the site Leadership Team. The role requires robust operational oversight and forward-thinking planning to keep the site at the forefront of energy generation and distribution. Qualifications and Experience :
