About the Role We are working with a highly regarded professional services organisation undergoing significant growth, where technology plays a key role in delivering business success. They are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join their IT team, responsible for delivering a high-quality, secure, and reliable end user experience across the business. This is a hands-on 3rd line role within a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and support end user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) Provide 3rd line support for EUC-related issues Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (including OneDrive) Administer endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot) Maintain standard operating environments and device configurations Package and deploy applications across the organisation Monitor and optimise user experience using DEX tools (e.g. Nexthink) Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and best practice standards Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and image management Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in an EUC / Desktop Engineering role Strong knowledge of Windows 11 & Microsoft 365 Experience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot Solid understanding of Active Directory & Azure AD Experience with application packaging and deployment PowerShell scripting for automation Mobile Device Management (iOS) experience Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software Experience supporting users in a professional services environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders Desirable: Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Exposure to Digital Employee Experience tools (e.g. Nexthink) Experience with enterprise laptop environments (Dell/Lenovo) Knowledge of document management systems (e.g. iManage) Benefits xehkeey Hybrid working (2 days remote, 3 days onsite) 26 days holiday + option to buy additional days Private medical insurance Life assurance Pension scheme with employer contribution Gym / wellbeing benefits Season ticket loan Bonus schemes and additional perks The Candidate Strong customer-focused mindset Confident communicator with a professional approach Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment Proactive, organised, and solutions-driven Apply Now If you’re an experienced EUC Engineer looking to join a forward-thinking organisation where technology is a key driver, apply today.
