A respected and long-standing law firm in Kent is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its experienced and supportive team. The Role
You will handle a broad range of employment matters for both employer and employee clients, including:
Advising on disciplinary matters, grievances, redundancy, settlement agreements and day-to-day HR queries
Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and staff handbooks
Providing strategic advice on reorganisations, TUPE, and workplace disputes
Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters when required
Assisting with business development and contributing to client training and seminars
