The Role

• Advising on a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious
• Supporting clients on complex HR issues, business immigration, and strategic workforce projects
• Leading on employment aspects of corporate transactions and organisational change
• Handling sensitive disputes, including senior exits, grievances, and industrial relations matters
• Playing a key role in client relationship management and business development

About You

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 6+ years’ PQE (flexible depending on experience)
• Strong experience across employment law, ideally including both advisory and contentious work
• Commercially minded with the ability to manage complex and high-stakes matters
• Confident working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Interested in developing leadership and mentoring responsibilities
