They’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in employment law. Ideally you'll have 2–4 years’ PQE, but they’re open to newly qualified solicitors and those with more experience.

The work is varied, meaning you might be guiding a business through a tricky redundancy process, supporting a discrimination claim, or drafting clear, workable contracts. There’s a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, so no two weeks look the same. You’ll be trusted to get on with things, but there’s always an experienced colleague on hand.
