Employment Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) | Partner-Led Firm | North West


We're currently working with a very highly regarded Legal 500 ranked firm on an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified to 3 PQE Employment Solicitor to join their highly regarded Employment team.


This is a standout role offering direct access to partners from day one, working on complex, high-value employment matters for a sophisticated client base typically associated with much larger firms.


The Role

You’ll advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including:

  • Supporting on high-value and strategic cases
  • Managing your own caseload with supervision
  • Advising employers and senior individuals
  • Working closely with partners on client delivery and strategy

About You

  • NQ–3 years’ PQE in Employment Law
  • Experience across contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Commercially aware with strong client skills
  • Keen to take on responsibility and develop your career
