\nSKILLS REQUIRED:
\n• You will be a qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE, ideally with existing Partner or Legal Director experience
\n• Have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a broad client base
\n• A strong track record in business development and client retention
\n• Deep knowledge of employment matters
\n• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow a team and department
