The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Employment Solicitor (1–3 years’ PQE) to join the growing Leicester team. This is a great chance to develop your career in a top-ranked team, working alongside highly experienced lawyers and partners.

Support senior lawyers on complex employment law matters across a broad range of sectors
Handle your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
Get involved in advising clients on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, TUPE, contracts, and policies
Represent clients in tribunal claims under supervision, with opportunities to run your own matters
Contribute to client relationships and assist with business development activities
Collaborate with a friendly, dynamic team in a flexible, supportive environment
You Are you a bright, ambitious junior lawyer looking for top-quality work in a nationally ranked team?
1–3 years’ PQE in Employment Law
Solid experience in both contentious and advisory employment work
Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills
A team player with a proactive, client-focused approach
