Our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Employment Senior Associate/Counsel to join their London practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership position, contributing to the growth and direction of their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a broad range of employment matters.
  • Lead and manage complex employment litigation and advisory projects.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including client relationship management and expanding our client's employment law practice.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive strategic growth and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years PQE, ideally 8-10 years, with substantial experience in employment law.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ambition to step into a senior role.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in managing complex employment matters and delivering high-quality legal advice.
  • A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
