The role

You will join a busy and well-established employment team advising across a broad mix of employment relations matters, employment tribunal litigation, and transactional support.

The work is varied and intellectually engaging, with clients spanning sectors such as finance, logistics, mobility, technology, and retail. The role offers a balanced caseload with appropriate supervision alongside clear development and progression opportunities.

Experience supporting corporate transactions is preferred, alongside strong technical grounding in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The team

The employment team forms part of a wider People and Reward practice, working closely with colleagues across employment, immigration, and pensions on a national basis.

The team is recognised for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice to a high-quality employer client base, with some individual advisory work also forming part of the practice. You will be based within the London employment team while benefiting from national collaboration and support.
