The Role As the Employment Partner, you will join the two other employment partners in leading and growing the firm’s employment practice. Your caseload will focus on International mobility and structuring, managing employment frameworks and dual‑contract arrangements for talent moving into the UK and Europe. You will negotiate sophisticated executive advisory packages for global senior leaders, collaborate on incentives and benefits such as share schemes, and lead strategic employment projects including multi‑jurisdictional redundancies and TUPE transfers. You will inherit a settled £500k portfolio of corporate clients and senior executive mandates, providing an immediate and stable revenue stream. This is bolstered by an elite referral network, giving you access to a consistent pipeline of high‑quality work from major US law firms and European affiliates.
